Our profit hunting initiative is focused on identifying and understanding a company’s key drivers of profitability, and then designing and achieving quick-hit profit improvements. Typically, a significant portion of the profit uplift comes from revenue increases, while the rest is derived from reducing both internal costs and supplier costs.
We work with clients to discover and exploit new sources of profit. We focus on large opportunities that can be implemented quickly. In concert with our mind and muscle creed, we collaborate with the client to pilot and roll out improvements, and see very rapid gains to the bottom line.
We generate ideas by brainstorming, identifying best practices, benchmarking against companies in the clients industry and similar industries, and drawing on our own profit-hunt experience. We prioritize ideas that present the highest profit potential and practicality and we help implement profitability programs like new product launches, head-count reduction, and improvements to pricing and purchasing.
